New Years Eve 2017/18

We spent New Years Eve home together playing Kinect games and board games and eating a feast of treats.

Saying Farewell to Grammy and Grandpa

After their visit to Edmonton, Grammy and Grandpa went to the airport to fly to the Philippines. They were so excited to go but they plan on being there for a year and a half so it was sad to say good-bye for such a long time!

Hudson's 9th Birthday

We had a family dinner celebration for Hudson while Jess's parents were visiting, followed by a friends birthday party once Christmas holidays were over. (Can you tell he really likes doughnuts?) (And that he thinks it's really important to blow out all your candles the first time to avoid having girlfriends?)

He's growing up so fast! Seems like yesterday that he looked like this:

Right after Christmas, Jess's parents came to see us and their Christmas present to us was a trip to the Christmas lights festival at the zoo. It was a bitterly cold night but that didn't stop us!
