This past weekend, we managed to catch an hour of one of the last nice days of the warm fall we've been having. We convinced Spencer to come with us after supper out to the sledding hill near our house for a session of family photos. The hill was covered in long grass and thistles gone to seed. Not the fall foliage I had envisioned at first but I'm happy with it now that I look at the pictures.
My boys weren't being super co-operative (for some reason, family pictures aren't their favourite thing to do). So, Spencer took a bunch of shots (and was very patient - thank you!!) and this one turned out the best:
